Holistic Facial Massage.

A Holistic Facial combines the therapeutic benefits of massage and acupressure with a luxurious facial treatment. The effect is to improve skin tone and texture, alleviate tension in the face, scalp, neck and shoulders.

Massage gently softens tissues and tones the muscles of the face, drains lymphatic fluid, increases blood circulation to aid cellular rejuvenation to help improve the texture of the skin.

I use gorgeous Neal's Yard products for my facials.

They are dedicated to creating natural organic health and beauty products so you can feel good and look good naturally, and in a way that cares for people and the planet.

And they smell divine!!

Steps of a Holistic Facial

Double cleanse using gorgeously fragranced Neal's Yard luxury cleansers.

Application of a face mask to help lift impurities.

Whilst the face mask is doing it's magic then you can enjoy a relaxing hand and arm massage infused with nourishing essential oils.

Removal of the mask and a hot towel steam to open the pores.

And to close the pores, a cooling jade roller massage and toner.

To finish the treatment you can relax and enjoy a facial massage.

The aim is to bring tone to the tissues and underlying muscles. And importantly drain the lymphatic nodes that innovate the facial structures to reduce fluid retention and puffiness which can leave the skin dull in appearance.

Our aim is to nourish the skin and bring a natural glow.

As well as the face we will massage the the neck and shoulders,

where we hold a lot of tension.

Hot Stone Massage

My hot stone massage is a light body massage using Hot stones

and Swedish massage techniques for enhancing circulation and relaxing tight muscles.

The heat within the rocks relaxes the muscles, making them more pliable.

Smooth basalt stones are used during this type of massage. They are typically made of volcanic rock which enables them to heat quickly and retain that heat for an extended period.

By applying oil before beginning the massage, means the stones can glide across your skin without resistance. The warm stones and massage will help relieve tension and pain from sore muscles.

The whole experience is very relaxing.

The massage is roughly 40-50 mins for full body, and the cost is £45
