I can't wait to meet you at your first appointment.
We will conduct a health assessment and take details of your medical history to check for any contraindications to treatment.
We will chat through what you would like to achieve and together establish a plan tailored to suit your specific needs.
If there are no issues regarding treatment and you are happy to get started, we can begin straight away!
We will commence with a relaxing mineral foot soak, followed by a foot massage with organic, vegan friendly products. All you need to do, is sit back and relax in my comfy reclining chair with head and lumbar support.
Pressure will be applied to points on the feet that mirror parts of the body to clear congestion, aid healing and restore balance. It's not painful or ticklish!
My treatment room has been designed for your comfort and safety.
Standard Reflexology Treatment cost is £37
Reflexology for Lymphatic Drainage cost is £45
I also provide a mobile service if you prefer to have your sessions at home.
Mobile treatments are £43, within the city limits.
